Immigration, how?

Hi All, firstly my apologise if this is the wrong forum to be asking this question on, I am looking to immigrate to Australia or the US and need a bit of guidance on this. How does one go about getting sponsorships in these countries? alternately do you have any advice with regards to how one goes about getting a job if I was to just pack up and leave? any advice, insight or assistance would be much appreciated!

I hear Australia is not easy. Try Canada. They are always looking for new immigrants, especially one's with marketable skills. There is a fast track entry process for skilled workers under a certain age.
