What is the best way to pay for PMI certification fee for someone else?
For example, if I want to sponsor/gift certification fee.

I don't believe there is any sort of PMI gift certificate/card approach which someone could apply against certification costs. As such, having them pay for it and then reimbursing them via normal channels would be best.
