Hello, I am having issues accessing the My Courses section of my profile and it started after I clicked to return to the main Course page after completing a PMI course to gain PDUs. The My Courses site (on Google Chrome) keeps loading and reloading, but nothing is happening. The message I see on my screen is "This Page is Loading," then the screen goes blank... and then the message appears again... then the screen goes blank. Over and over. The URL displayed on the browser tab goes crazy - it keeps changing by itself. At one point, everything stopped and I saw a message on my screen saying that there is nothing wrong with my internet connection or my computer, but that something is wrong with the site and that I must contact a help desk.
Please check this issue.
I then restarted my computer and opened the PMI site on a different browser (Brave). I could access the My Courses section just fine, the PDUs and badge that I gained were recorded, the course I finished showed up in my "Completed Courses" section, and I received email confirmations. Maybe it's just an issue on Chrome?
