Can i report the PDUs earned before my PMP certification?

i had earned PDUs before i passed my exam, can it be reported later?

Only courses taken after you earn a certification will count towards the renewal cycle. The rationale is that you are supposed to keep learning after you have been certified, hence giving credit for historical hours wouldn't make sense.
