Why did these startups companies fail in this era of e-commerce projects?
This is a question, lots of e-commerce website owners asked for it: “why we failed and others succeeded and others failed ?!”
The lack of proper risk management planning, the failure to mention the potential risks of this project, and what are the solutions to these risks.
My opinion, one of lots reasons:
Some of these managers and company owners, their ideas and the way of their management have been dispersed, and this was reflected to them, they confused, and this was reflected in their employees and themselves. That Lead to lost control of matters from their hands.
I hope, who has experience in this field will not be skeptical to us with his knowledge?
