According to me, The project manager first task should be tracking the progress according to the plan , customer satisfaction and team reviews comes after that.

Question is not well structured. It could be A, B, or D as you can do any of those before C.

C is the right answer
Then A also is right but it comes after C.

B is not correct (because B is NOT an output for process 4.7 PMPBOK 6th ed)
D - is not correct (it is a tool for control schedule/control quality and control procurements -it means not at closing project or phase).

I might be wrong but I tried and given reasons.

To add to the confusion, my guess is A.
After completing a product development, I would be interested to learn about how customers react to it.
Yes, I should also archive documents, review team performance and update the plans, but this is navel gazing, looking internal. As a startup, I would be rather looking at the outside.

I must agree with Thomas, I'd also go with A. However, the way the question is formulated hinders its resolution.

If you see as a startup with less processes followed, I would also go with A.

If I considered the project in the closing, then referring to exam content outline I have two tasks to do in closing A & D. Archiving documents before obtain customer satisfaction,
