PDUs not being recorded for on demand and live webinars

Bhavna Vanvari Pune, Maharashtra, India

I am new to renewal PDU process and not sure why PDUs are not being recorded.
I have watched entire recorded webinar twice on “scrum master or project manager?” ,but it still shows 64% complete...
Also, live webinars I attended shows in past webinar tab and no PDUs are added. Please guide me.

How long does it take to get PDUs credited to your profile upon completion of an On Demand or Live Webinar? I completed a Live webinar yesterday, 2/15, and don't see it reflecting in my PDU total yet. Thank you,

Hi Barbara - We ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for PDUs to be batched/recorded to your CCRS transcript. Typically the process is a bit faster, but delays do occasionally occur.
