How many are using the Agile in their companies? Which estimation technique being used? Which is your favourite one and why?

It depends on the maturity and size of the team, but generally these days I use "right sizing" aka #NoEstimates. We split stories to be small enough so that nothing is over a week.
BTW I highly recommend "When will it be done,"/Vacanti "No Estimates: how to measure project progress without estimating,"/Duarte and "Software Estimation without guessing"/Dinwiddie.
