Organizational Transformation Certification

Derek Atkins Senior Project Manager| Euna Solutions Inc. Kitchener, Ontario, Canada

PMI has recently developed a Micro Certification in Organizational Transformation. According to PMI, this was "designed to train Project Managers on the fundamentals of navigating change, strengthening culture and promoting growth within transformation projects."

Has anyone taken the 1st course in this series titled Organizational Transformation: Foundation? If so, did you found it helpful when leading transformation projects, helped find a new or expanded role or any other feedback.

Derek - Thanks for bringing my attention to this first course/ micro-credential opportunity in the "human-centered approach to enabling change". I have two certifications in change management (CCMP & Prosci ADKAR) so I'm vested in this area and excited to see PMI's acknowledgement of its importance. I'll take a closer look ASAP.

Update: I completed the course and passed the assessment in early January. Having led many enterprise and divisional transformations, I found the content aligned with my experiences. Given the investment of ~9-10 hours, I would recommend it.

I was thinking to apply to this Organizational Transformation Certification... I recently got the Agile Hybrid certification... So I try to research if this course content and structure is similar to it?
