Earning this designation on its own will unfortunately not get you in the door, however, it should open more doors for you. If you are getting calls from your resume, but not moving forward in the process, look at where you think the challenges are, or request feedback from the recruiters.

I apply in every announce i find, i will not surrender. I'm just upset a little...sometimes i say did i made the right choice to pass my PMP exam. To be honnest it was a big investissment for me.

Since the economy is not good, many companies freezes their headcount. I think it's the reason why it's hard to find an opportunity. Not only PM, other IT related jobs are also affected.
