Communicate, communicate, communicate. Show empathy toward your stakeholders, and be sure to spend much time listening to them.
stakeholders, their identification and engagement along with good communication contributes to 90 percent of project success. Thank you for your insights.

Failure to prepare a solid risk management plan identifying potential risks and benefits and detailing suitable responses. Without a plan in place you're forever in reactive mode putting out one fire as another one ignites. Its good to be busy but this type of busy is very inefficient and stressful.
Hello Peter, I agree with you, this definitely puts a much strong focus on Risk Management. Being proactive is always much better than being reactive.
