My name is Irina and I am taking PMP exam in 10 days. I just finished reading the material and have less then 2 weeks to prep for the big day. Any suggestions on the best approach i can take to tackle this? Also, my commutes are significant and I could listen to podcasts in the car to maximize my time. Is there a good podcast that would prep me for the exam, i.e. practice questions? Please let me know. Thank you, Saving Changes...
Lots and lots of practice exam questions from quality sources.
Good luck!

The key is to read and to understand the Content Outline document you will find inside the PMP exam certification site. This document shows the dynamic of the exam and the dynamic of exam questions. All the questions are situational so memorize the PMBOK is a wasted of time. Based on the dynamic what you should do is think about the situations then situational questions is a must to be resolved. Tons of them, close to 3-4 times the amount of the exam. Saving Changes...

They are much more difficult than the ones on the exam, so don't get discouraged. But I considered them good to prepare.
I also took the PMI PM challenge. It is based on the PMBOK 5 but still, they are good.
Learn your formulas! I wrote them all on an A4 and then every morning I would start by rewriting them from memory.
MOST IMPORTANT: take 1-2 days off before the exam! You have learned enough and you can do this! Relax! SLEEP well!
PS: better plan to take the exam (If you take it online), from a private computer rather than a company one. I did the tests on my company computer and it worked but on the day of the exam I had to reschedule because I was not allowed to turn off my antivirus and firewall.
Good luck!!!!

Hi Irina: As Kiron rightly said, it is critical to take a few high-quality mock exams. Once you are done with each exam, check out your areas of weakness. If possible, capture screenshots of questions you got wrong, with explanations of what the right answer was. Paste these screenshot in a Word Doc or Powerpoint slide and review for your understanding of concepts.
Strengthen areas of weakness by studying those topics before taking your next mock exam.
With laser-focused study, I am sure you will be able to clear the PMP certification.
Wish you the best of luck for the exam! Saving Changes...
Identify info that you'll want to "brain dump" on to your scratch pad, and then practice writing that out. Formulas, processes and groups, etc. Rest and believe in yourself!
