ONVOU app stopped suddenly before getting the exam start

Hello everyone,

After I finish uploading all photos in my exam with ONVU application and after the guidance steps finished suddenly the app closed and got me out from there , i tried to re enter the exam page but I couldn’t , I contact the customer service and opened a case with Pearson V and I’m waiting for there respond , did any one face the same problem before and what will happen now ? I didnt even see the exam page should I reschedule with new payment ????!!!
