I'm new to PM field. I recently applied for a volunteering opportunity at PMI but didn't get the opportunity. I like to network with people who can help me with the volunteering selection. They can review my resume and give me advice which volunteering opportunities I should apply for. I'll appreciate your help. Thanks Saving Changes...

I think the best way is to contact your local chapter. Saving Changes...

yes, look for a Chapter - in these virtual times it also could be more remote.
And set an alarm in PMI's VRMS, so you get an email if a new position is advertised. Look for local and for global positions. Apply for several positions, as they show up. Tweak your resume to the position (show why you fit and are interested).
Project management needs perseverance and resilience. How often do toddlers fall until they can walk? (will go quicker with a volunteer position, promise)
Agree with all above suggestion. I hope to be Volunteer once in Thailand also. Saving Changes...

Goto https://vrms.pmi.org and sign in with your PMI ID
Then click on the Profile tab and check 'areas of interest'
Click on 'select areas of interest' and select everything you might be interested in.
Then look at the bottom of the page, step 2, to receive email notifications about new volunteer opportunities.
Be aware, that opportunities may be posted throughout the year and replying to them might be limited to a few days. Saving Changes...
