Hi
I'm looking for a tool that help us to collaborate online (task management, todolist, calendar, ..) to conduct some little projects with remote resources.
Optional needs: time tracking & bug tracking.
Thank u at all in advance!
Since your needs seem to require an integrated collaboration/project management system, I suggest you compare some solutions.
At drup.org you will find 20 basecamp alternatives for project management.
For a stand alone bug tracking system I use Mantis bug tracker. But if you need a more simple system you will find enough features to do it within one of the collaboration/project management systems.
All the best

Hi Daniele,
I recommend checking out LiquidPlanner for project management and collaboration. LiquidPlanner has a robust scheduling engine and full suite of collaboration tools. The product comes with integrated time tracking and bug tracking is also possible.
I've written some comparisons of web based project management tools, feel free to check them out (I am obviously biased, but I do try to do a fair comparison):

I have worked with SharePoint and it is great for any size project, but can be overkill for some small projects. I have also worked with Google Docs and would second this recommendation for what I would call “small team” projects. As an example, I was helping my wife generate and contact leads for a non-profit organization to get donations and items for an auction. There were 4 people (including me as a volunteer) in different locations. What we did was create a seperate Google account and all logged into this (same) Google account and worked with their spreadsheet. My wife and I both worked on laptops at our dining room table. As soon as either of us made a change to the spreadsheet, it was auto-saved every 5 seconds and the other person instantly saw the changes. It was the perfect tool for that need. It was also within budget Saving Changes...
It could seem obvious but I did not think about wikipedia to have a broader comparison of opensource collaboration tool until I saw it posted on another discussion,
You will know here what an ideal software is for certain types of project management through the comparison table. The table shows the various features that the software can offer. The table will be able to help you choose the best software for you considering your preference of features and pricing.
I think it would be best to go for the cheapest one with all the features that you need. Saving Changes...
Hi Daniele,
I personally recommend you to use BootstrapToday on-demand project collaboration tool. Also having all features you need and mentioned. Rest it is very economic.
I am also using free subscription if you want you can download from https://bootstraptoday.com/account/create/1/ Regards

AtTask and Basecamp are good in terms of functionality but I don't like AtTasks's interface - looks frustrating. I'm fed up with basecamp switching tabs to go to another project. You can try the project management software package I use now. It's called Latitude. It runs faster and has better functionality to manage my projects and jobs. Saving Changes...
