I'm looking for a tool that help us to collaborate online (task management, todolist, calendar, ..) to conduct some little projects with remote resources.
Optional needs: time tracking & bug tracking.

If you are looking for more of a task management tool then I think you can look at Droptask etc. but in case if you require a good time management software - http://www.replicon.com/olp/time-management-software.aspx then I would strongly suggest to check the product suite by Replicon.
