I don't think you are ready. Do the test again and note down the topics that you are having difficulty with. Read Rita Mulcahy's PMP prep book 9th edition (at least for the specific topics that you find difficult). Remember that PMP exam is not testing your memory but ability to apply concepts in real life situations.

Thank you. Is there an option to take a new practice test? If so I can try with a new set of questions. I do not have an option of rescheduling as I don't want to .. Hence i will put in all my effort to clear the exam in the first attempt on 4th. Thank you for your inputs.

Well, you are never ready. If you had no clue you would score 25%.

If there was time, I would say shift the exam date by 2-3 weeks (if even possible due to a run for exams before it changes) and do a crash learning.

But this year, since the exam changes, you have no chance to retake if you miss this try in 2-3 weeks.

Another option is to take the exam as planned and if you miss, try to schedule the retake this year. Go for the crash learning then.

And, yes, everybody said take the exam in 2020 and fear-mongered about the new exam. But you know what, I believe more than 70% what you learned is very useful for the 2021 exam too.

Good luck and be confident. You can do it.

Take a deep breath! Quickly review the guide and scan it once or twice.. Make sure you look at formulas, explore the easy once first. I would recommend to complete another 2-3 test sessions and see if your score improves... I have been in similar situation like yours but I applied above techniques and was able to pass in my first attempt quite easily than I thought...Good luck with your exam!

I passed the exam three days ago. Not long ago I have had similar results (even lower at some tests). So what i did was to get online on a site that offered tests and do all those tests and keep reviewing the guide on the topics I still had issues. I raised the average results to around over 80% but on some tests not making the 70%. Eventually It worked for me, either in the exam day I felt like forgot everything... not sure whether or not this is helpful for you but it is my experience...
