PDUs approved but not applied

I am not understanding why PDUs are indicating approved but not applied.

One in particular, is the giving back as a working professional. I work in the field and entered my particulars. They were approved but none were applied and I am very confused about it. Also it is the major way that I am giving back at this time, and according to what I have read about that entry.

Kindly enlighten my understanding on this. Note - I have already written to customer care; hoping for a quicker response from the community. Much thanks.

Hello, I need to know the reason why PDUs are indicating approved but not applied to my PMI dashboard

I just started the journey to get the required PDU's for renewal. However lately all the approved PDU's are not registered to my PMI dashboard i am confusied about it. what is the reason for that ? is there any body facing this types of problem in his/her journey? Please explain

After having contacted the PMI support:

In my case they told me that especially concerning my points applied by watching webinars that I was probably behind my company‘s VPN network. As understand it this raises a flag on their side.
They told me to re-apply those points from my private computer. This should solve the problem.
Thing is at this point I am not really sure whether I even bother with this. It’s gets more complicated every three years.

Hello , I need help, all my PDU I claim are not getting added to my 60 PDU I need to renew my PMP. here is the status , Please help - I see this on the dashboard-
Education. 35 minimum
8.5 Ways of Working 8 minimum
9 Power Skills. 8 minimum
7.5 Business Acumen. 8 minimum
Giving Back
25 maximum
6 Work as a Practitioner. 8 maximum
19 Other Giving Back

I read the posts here and it doesn't seem to answer the question. I am just starting entering the PDU's for this renewal cycle. I entered 3 pdu's and 3 were approved but only .25 were applied. I have not met any threshold for the category the pdu's were submitted for

This might happen if the credential you are claiming for only accepts PDUs from one or two (but not all three) of the Talent Triangle categories.

For example, if the credential only accepts from the Technical leg, and the overall claim was 3 but the Technical leg only had 1, that's all you'd get credit for...

Good Day, I just completed Pm Training course to obtain my PDU's. I entered all the claim codes and I received the email saying they were approved however my PDU's have not updated. Requesting assistance please. Thanks
