Our company wants to buy software for controlling document management, tracking Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities and progress. How do you think which tool is the best for it ? What is weak and powerful sides? What we should pay attention?
I need your recommendations and idea.

I know that each time somebody as for tools I wrote "the tool that best fit for your current process". But that is my experience working from the client side and the seller side of those tools. For example, my last initiative was a tool based on abby-verbella solution which interface with SAP and use blockchain technology. Do you need that? Do not know. For us it gives lot of benefit to speed up our process and make it more safe from errors
