Greetings Hossameldin,
Great question, and I suspect you'll get some good ideas and help from the projectmanagement.com community. My first thought was to get involved in a PMI Chapter, or consider starting one. I see that there aren't any Chapters in Algeria, but there are some in neighboring countries that you may be able to reach out to.
Here's the list;

Nothing is stopping anyone from mentoring others. There may may be some requirements or considerations if more formal PMP courses is the goal. Much success to you!

Hossameldin,

you may connect with PMI Mena as Ethan suggests and join chapter events which are mainly virtual now anyhow.

Have a look at

or

Good luck
Thomas
