Everybody keeps saying about AndyCrowe's book for PMP exam. Can somebody tell me what is the title of the book and what is the latest edition that i need to buy.

There are a few other options available from Andy's group too that include the book.
I personally didn't use a book other than referencing the PMBOK Guide from time to time. My primary study method was audio and video. The PMP Guide Newsletter will help answer questions you may have about the exam and my experiences personally and in helping others with theirs.

Andy's materials are really good. Going to the website that was provided in an earlier post (www.velociteach.com) will not only show you the book but also the reference package which is really neat with flashcards, book and access to questions online to practice what you learn.
To my knowledge of having taught this for over 7 years his book and materials are at the top of my list on the market. Saving Changes...
