I have an interview for a client-facing Web Project Management position in 2 weeks with an incredible company. That gives me lots of time to prepare. I have significant gaps in my experience, and my current position, though called Project Manager, just means I plan and do all the work myself, creating and maintaining an online store. What do you recommend I read or do to come up to speed on project management in general, and web project management in particular? I want to go from 0 to 60 in 2 weeks, and offer a great interview in lieu of perfect experience. They already are aware of my experience gap. Saving Changes...

This is a big gap to fill in two weeks, but I'm sure you can do yourself justice. Have a read around this site and some of the other project management blogs and websites. Find out if they use PRINCE2, PMBoK or another approach and try to get to grips with some of the terminology. I think another issue I would be thinking about is that this role is client-facing, and it sounds as if you do a lot of work independently at the moment. I might be wrong, but putting aside project management for the moment, do you have a lot of client-facing experience? It might also be a good idea to come up with some examples of where you have worked with customers to help them get things done - which is really all project management is.
Client facing normally means hitting a target budget is important too, so if you have some examples of working to a specified budget, that could be useful. Good luck with the interview. Saving Changes...
