what the best project life cycle can have the minimum risk while the covid19 disease?

I lead programs where in the same program different projects have different life cycles: waterfall, iterative, etc. All those projects will be closed this month on time, budged, scope and quality. And those projects are not easy becasue, for example, the scope were whole Larin America but working with providers in Europe, USA and Asia (India).
