A friend I am mentoring paid for his exams this month, but no available date owing to the covid situation. He is currently bothered that the next available date in January 7th which is well after the date for changes in the curriculum. Although, he heard a rumour that those who paid in 2020 would get to write using the current syllabus, I told him that I do not think its true, am I wrong? Saving Changes...

"Availability of the current Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam will close on 31 December 2020.
High volumes of candidates are aiming to take the exam before the end of the year and scheduled exam slot availability is extremely limited. We encourage candidates who are unable to schedule before 31 December to consider preparing for the new PMP® certification exam." Saving Changes...
Dear Osifo Interesting your question Thanks for sharing I find it unforgivable that PMI does not schedule exams between 22 and 31 December There are no dates available to book exams since December 20

Hi, My exam is schedule Dec 28th. It may depend on what country your in and the amount of availability to schedule exam, although I booked my exam at the beginning of December and at that time there was a lot of available slots.

Thanks for the information. I was wondering why I was unable to apply the discount code I received for 65% off of my PMP exam retake. I guess they disabled the discount since there are no more time slots available. Saving Changes...
