Even though I'm a very active reader here I wasn't a very active contributor. At the end of this year, I decided to change it and start contributing more.

Since it is almost a new year time, I'd like to wish a happy New year to everybody here and ask you to reflect with me on the positive parts of 2020. And what can be more positive than achievements?

And what would you like to achieve in 2021 and if any help needed to do that. Who knows, maybe there is somebody here who will read about it and will be able to help.

Aina,

I had a good year, despite the limitations, but it also brought opportunities like
- being able to speak at 30 webinars, virtual but global
- move my f2f mentorships virtual, maintain others already virtual
- listen to many innovative ideas, meet many excellent thinkers
- staying healthy

BTW, I am not so much interested in achievements, they and 'hard work' are beliefs in some cultures, like US, China, Japan parts of Europe, but are not so much a priority in other cultures like Latin America, southern Europe, India.

The way to reach something is also important, to be good in how you do things (ethical, relationship-based, sustainable). I subscribe to 'Panta Rhei' which means everything is in flow, it is important that you swim right now, not so much which shore to reach.

Thomas
Thomas,
30 webinars ina year - that's impressive! I also speak at webinars, so I know what a hard job is behind the scene.
I've never heard about Panta Rhei. Thanks for sharing!
