Provide PDU

Hello,

I am free lancer and PMP Trainer. as R.E.P. is going away and ATP is coming from 2021. How do I get any course approved from PMI so that I can offer / Issue PDU's. If I am ATP - Instructor then will I be able to provide PDU by my own?
