Skills or training needs assessment questions to assess a workplace for a system change

Hi, Nic here, new to the group. Been trying to find a nice checklist or list of questions to use to assess a distribution centre's "as-is" culture and skills so our project team knows how to prepare better for implementation of a WMS system. This DC does not have a WMS system now at all and they are completely manually driven with paper processes.

Being aware of the potential risks and knowing there will be major expectations for the performance to improve once the WMS is in place, I need to provide the best opportunity for success for the DC employees and myself!
