Marcy Fields Associate Director | Fairfield County ADAMH board Oh, United States
Our county office has about 10-15 employees and we are responsible for planning, evaluating and funding Behavioral Health Services in our county. There is a huge volume of information, requests for assistance and/or funding, reports to be completed, grants that need written and managed, contracts to write and then monitor compliance, and work in general to be completed. I don't believe we are managing our tasks and deadlines as efficiently as we could. I am looking for some sort of program, application or framework to use to better visualize, collaborate and manage all our multiple priorities and projects.

Any suggestions?

Hello Marcy,

I would suggest you try out projectmanager.com for your small local government office. It offers a 30-day free trial

You can also give a try to Asana, Monday, Wrike for better visualization and collaboration.

If real-time collaboration and requirements management are essential part of your daily process then you can give a try to Xebrio.

You can try JIRA (it has a free version with some options not available, but you can also have some licences for a small price), Trello, Monday, Asana etc

Asana and Monday are quite user friendly.
I love JIRA but it can be a bit of a learning curve for a new team. our team is of similar size and found using JIRA cheaper and met more of our needs.

Hi Sarah!
I saw your reply as I am looking into Asana, Monday and Wrike, they all seem user friendly, would you recommend one more than another? I'm with a team of 20 people working from distance in different countries and we'd like a tool to manage all projects and also save documents in one place.
Thanks!
