In my personal experience is not about to leverage the certification is about to leverage the use of project management practices. In my personal experience when I worked with engineers and architects what worked for me was make them visible that they are using project management practices in their work most of the time without been aware of that. To do that, in the begining I did not use words like project management I only put in a piece of papers the steps they do to create, as simple as possible, the different process that cover risk, scope, cost, etc, etc. Saving Changes...
