I saw the ATP Program details, still have a question, can I be a certified PMI-PMP Instructor, without the support of ATP, if yes please share your experience how.

Not if you wish to use PMI's PMP prep courseware. For that, you would need to be affiliated with an ATP, submit an instructor application and take the train-the-trainer course.

You can still give training as a non-ATP as far as I understood from the different conversations.

Correct. Non-ATP organization can certainly deliver PMP prep training, but they wouldn't be able to use PMI's courseware and there is a greater likelihood of audit scrutiny for candidates who submit the hours earned taking those courses than for an ATP.
