Hello Friends,

I have overall 20 years of experience in the fileld of PLC, SCADA based system design in medium scale organization. Out of the 20 years, I worked as Team lead / Manager for more than five years.

Now I am looking for an oppurtunity to work in a more challenging enviornment. How should I proceed now? My hurdles lack of experience in large corporates, lack of graduation.

My strong points are diverse experience, handling the US clients and readiness to learn and unlearn.

Please advise..
