Hi All, I did many on-demand webinars via projectmanagment.com to get PDU's for my CAPM (I have completed my 15 required). I have watched two this past week to start earning PDU's for my PMP but they're not showing up in my dashboard (nor have I received the email that it's being reviewed). Has anyone else experienced this? Whom should I contact to see what the issue is? Thanks in advance, Jessica Saving Changes...

Sometime there is a delay. But you can also go to PMI and report the PDU's yourself. If it does come through with the auto-report it will not create a duplicate. I have done this many times. Mostly because I am impatient :) .
I did 2 on-demands last week and they came through the next day. I did 1 yesterday and it has not come through yet.

Thanks Dinah. I'll wait one more day and then report it myself.

Hi Jessica - Due to the recent REP to ATP program change the system is currently undergoing maintenance and the auto-reporting PDUs feature is currently paused. Once the maintenance is finished, auto-reporting of PDUs will resume. Unless you're in a time crunch for your certification renewal we highly discourage self-reporting your PDUs. If the PDU you report is not entered correctly, it will result in a duplicate PDU on your transcript. PDUs are typically batched within 48-72 hours, however, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for PDUs to be processed and recorded, as delays do occasionally occur.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!

Good info! Thank you, Heather.
I, unfortunately, had waited until the 11th hour, and just self reported a handful of webinars that have not been auto-reporting. My recert is due tomorrow. CCRS recognized the older webinar titles, and populated description and other info, but the newer ones did not. I'll be keeping an eye out for duplication.

Hi Heather - just so I'm clear, those webinars I've watched will appear within the next week or so; therefore, I should not self-report them, correct?

Hi Ganesh - We ask that you please allow 7-10 business days processing time. If the PDUs earned are outside of that time frame, please reach out to [email protected]
