On-Demand Webinars are not adding PDU to dashboard

Hi All,
I did many on-demand webinars via projectmanagment.com to get PDU's for my CAPM (I have completed my 15 required). I have watched two this past week to start earning PDU's for my PMP but they're not showing up in my dashboard (nor have I received the email that it's being reviewed).
Has anyone else experienced this?
Whom should I contact to see what the issue is?

Hi Jessica,

Yes, this can happen sometimes! PDUs from ProjectManagement.com webinars usually show up automatically, but they can take a few business days to appear on your PMI dashboard.

If it’s been more than a week, I recommend:

Double-check that your PMI and ProjectManagement.com accounts are linked (same email address).

If everything seems fine and PDUs still aren't showing, you can contact PMI Customer Care here: https://www.pmi.org/about/contact

They’re very responsive and can help resolve it quickly.
