I was really inspired by Mark's article on: Use your Project Management for good (https://www.projectmanagement.com/articles...ment-for-Good).

The final sentence really spoke to me: "Do what is helpful. Do what is meaningful. Do what works" - What are you doing to maximise and use your Project Management for good?

I've been looking at the value that i can bring to my projects as well as ensuring that we are as streamlined as possible with our processes. This isn't always easy!

What would you do? What issues have you come up with?
