PMP-SP - two questions

Jessica Hogue Project Scheduler| Babcock Canada Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Question 1: on the PMI site for PMP-SP it states that an individual requires 28 months of project scheduling experience within the last 5 years; however, in the handbook it says 24 months.
Can anyone confirm which one it is?

Question 2: Looking for recommendations on practice exams, material (like Rita Mulachy, etc..), etc...
