Hello,

My first time using miro tool and it looks awesome for team collaboration especially for the prolonged remote work periods.

However, to be efficient as I'm not an expert using it, I would appreciate some lessons learned or experiences from others who have used it to create the team charter in an agile context.
how much time did you book?
when/how often do you review and/or update it?
do miro have any community to ask and share user experiences?
is there any template or examples?

For info: we are an agile team responsible for at least 3 backend products and currently trying to put some structure to have in place release trains.
I've started with the team a month ago.

Thanks,
Soha

A simple information radiator type team charter is just a set of sticky notes. You can create a frame in Miro big enough to contain 1-2 notes (max) per team member and then have the team brainstorm & refine the ideas for ground rules. If there's a need to share it with non-Miro users or to have hardcopies, you can export the frame in PDF format.

Keep it simple and inspect & adapt it on a semi-regular basis.

I'm a community moderator in Miro's online community, so you'll get lots of support from that platform.

As an alternative to Miro, there is a newfangled remote project monitoring solution called TeleworkingMonitoring, that combines agile with global indicators. Every team member can be included in a Trello dashboard, to update the state of his respective tasks. Then, the information is translated into a global indicators panel, that can be shared with management supervisors.
