Hello! I'm interested to know how people have used the Project Management Salary Survey that PMI publishes every other year. The last edition was released a year ago in January 2020 and provides compensation information for 43 countries based on factors such as position, industry, PMP status, etc.
1. Are you a hiring manager or individual contributor?
2. As a hiring manager, how do you use the information? What's information is most useful or would be more useful?
3. As an individual contributor, how have you used the information? What's information is most useful or would be more useful?
4. Have you used the Interactive Salary Tool, and if so, was it useful?
5. If you haven't used it or heard of, I'm interested in knowing if it sounds like something useful to you!

It might be worth it for you to create a simple SurveyMonkey (or similar) survey with these questions and post a link to it here and/or on LinkedIn to get responses you can analyze.
You can also create individual poll questions for these in the community...
