PM/PMO/Project Controller in a turn key project

It is a turn key project.
As a PM/PMO/Project Controller, what would be the main responsibility within the whole project?

PM and PMO have different responsibilities. You also don't say if you are the provider of the turnkey solution, or the customer receiving it. Either way, there's not a great deal of difference - it's all about understanding the objectives and making sure they are met. If you are the customer, your responsibility will be making sure that the supplier understands what you want and is able to deliver it adequately to your spec.
