How do you manage the Enterprise Resources' unavailabilities in Project Server 2010?

In Project Server 2010 is there a way to link automatically to the Exchange server in order to consider the Enterprise Resources' "Out of Office" appointments?

Or what best-practices can you recommend for managing the absences (Holidays, Sickness, On Duty, etc.) on a Enterprise Resource-level?
