I had to look up what WoL was. It seems to be based in five principles:

- relationships
- generosity
- visible work
- purposeful discovery
- growth mindset

They all appeal to me, so count me in ;-)

no, but it might be a good idea. Did you try it out?
It seems to be a method for community building, bottom-up, but there are several.
