During the month of February, Projectmanagement.com will focus on Digital Transformation.

Digital Transformation is something that changes how we manage projects (even if you're not in a digital environment) and it can be a great way to make your processes more efficient and provide value quicker to your organisation.

I'd love to hear what ways digital transformation has transformed how you do projects (both good and bad!).

For me, digital transformation has allowed me to embrace alternatives. Alternative methodologies, alternative ways of working and looking at the variety that exist in our projects and organisations.
