Scenario based questions...how to approach them when your first language is not English

Hi all.
I'm a Chilean native and 15 years leaving in US. I took a bootcamp curse to take the PMP exam and did very well - after 3 weeks of studying - in mock exams. I took the test last December and realized the long scenario based questions - and answers - plus the fact I could actually not read the questions out loud, contributed in a major way to my failure.
I would like to know your advice in this case, and if you know of resources out there that might be helpful for me to try.

Para ser honesto, para tomar la decision de hacer el esfuerzo de obtener una certificacion, primero hago mi estimacion personal de futuras demandas del mercado. En cuanto al PMI, tengo las certificaciones PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP. Es mi estimacion basado en un mercado/mercados objetivos por lo tanto, como toda estimacion, tiene un componente probabilistico de ocurrencia.
Entiendo.
En mi situación, si no puedo encontrar un programa o tutor(ra) para poder prepara el tipo de preguntas situacionales, será muy difícil poder dar el PMP o CAPM. Además, aunque pueda pasar el CAPM - exámen enfocado más en el libro que en las situaciones - esa certificación solamente dura 5 años y estaría igualmente forzada a tomar el PMP.
Voy a contactar a mi capítulo en PA para ver si me pueden guiar.
También contacté un capítulo en Chile - sin éxito. Supongo que capítulos en habla hispana tendrán servicios o guías que pueda usar.
