Recently I came across a job posting with one of the top US-based MNC. In the job description, they mentioned - "Experience in True Agile/Scrum Environment". I am not sure what they mean by 'True Agile' can someone help to better understand? Thanks so much.

The capitalisation looks like bad grammar. I guess "True Agile" just means "agile".

As opposed to "(Fr)agile". What they likely mean in a full agile delivery lifecycle rather than a hybrid approach. I'm always skeptical of such posts as once you dig deep enough you find that while they feel they have reached their "agile" destination, they usually are not too far down that journey.

In this case I would expect them to be well on their Agile journey. In cases like this I make sure to ask the following questions: How long have you been on your Agile Journey?; How big are your teams?; What is their current velocity?; Have the entire organization adopted Agile or is it just the Dev teams. Answers to these questions will help you understand what percentage of Agile adoption has grown throughout the organization.
