A project manager is concerned that the team has misaligned expectations with some stakeholders, and that user stories were written only from a generic user's perspective. This may lead the team to miss stories for non-generic users. What agile tools can help the team address these issues? A. Process flows and personas B. Information radiators and story maps C. Information radiators and wireframes D. Personas and extreme characters

Interesting question...

B & C are clearly incorrect.

Personas are critical to getting a deeper understanding of specific stakeholder group's needs.

Both A & D are reasonable answers, but if the bigger concern were that very specific stakeholder requirements would have been missed then I'd give more weight to D than A.

This is an example of a question which if it were on the "real" exam would have its answer distribution look like a camel with both A & D getting lots of selections.
