I'm looking to do exactly the same. Saving Changes...
Should be possible, may need to have a interface build. In a project we had the accounting system transfert timesheet to Primavera using a custom develop interface. Saving Changes...

According to Intuit, there is no real integration on their end between the two (QB & MS Project). Exporting data is limited to the lists/reports info already entered, normally into Excel selecting "Enable Content" in Excel. That means you already have to have entered in the data in QB exactly how you would track it in Project.
I don't know if there are any 3rd-party software offerings that can do this (probably), but I'm tempted to spend some time having a look. I am migrating away from QuickBooks Pro to Premier so at least I can bill progressively by job phase and run a 'Cost to Complete Job' report, something that you can only do in QB Premier.
