I am curious about the actual application of the Agile Crystal Framework.

I am eager to know if any Project Managers have the experience of implementing Crystal Framework in any of your projects?

What is the nature of the project and what tools did you use to support this framework?

Yes, I do. And I worked a lot with the author. Is the best piece of work I found to solve people related "problems" when you have to implement Agile. It was intended for software but I have used it for non-software too and to implement Agile at scale. This helped me a lot as well as DSDM and DA methods. If you ask me, I think that you can get quit the same with DA (Discipline Agile) related to people management and because DA has been taken by the PMI I think is the way to follow just in case it fits for your needs. But do not follow to read and to undestand Crystal Clear because lot of things you faced when try to implement Agile are solved there.

Dear Joanna
Interesting your question
I find it very interesting, practical and easy to implement the project development approach proposed at Agile Crystal Clear
