New Dashboard on PMI.Org - Unable to find My Certificates

Hello,

Has anyone noticed that PMI has changed the My Account Dashboard (look and feel)? The account details are now put into separate navigation links / sections. But I am unable to find where I can view my attained certificates? There is a "Certifications" section but I don't see my certificates there. It only shows a common link to explore the available certifications.

Does anyone know how to get to that?

Regards, Mohit

I am facing the same issue. PMI are migrating to a new user experience and when I contacted them about this issue they mentioned that they are aware of some of these bugs and working on fixing them which hopefully will be complete by the end of February.

Hope this helps.

Ah, thanks Rami. When I contacted PMI support, they mentioned some technical error only with my account...hence, I wasn't sure if it was sitewise or just for me. Guess, will wait for the glitches to get rectified.

I agree with Rami. We have to wait until it gets fixed.

Hello,

If you wish to access the certificate for your PMP, PMI-ACP, etc, you must log to ccrs.pmi.org with you PMI credentials (username/password).

You can report new PDUs and see the status of your different certifications there.

Once there, click on Exam analysis, choose the Exam results of you choice... for example PMP

You will see on the screen

Exam Analysis

View past exams : dropdown list

PMP or the title of the one you choose
Date of exam : ...
Overall performance : ...

And then 2 buttons, one for the exam results in pdf and the other for your certificate.

Hope this is useful.

Regards, Chantal

Not all certifications are available there yet - For example the DASSM is not yet added to the drop down menu.

Jeanelyn -

It should be accessible from this page but for some reason it is not showing any of my "original" PMI certification exam analysis reports either: https://ccrs.pmi.org/reporting/examanalysis

It is possible they might have deleted the reports older than a certain date but only PMI Customer Care would be likely to confirm that...

Jeanelyn, good catch. I have four credentials that I took before 2019 and none of them is showing the exam analysis while all other taken 2019 onwards, the exam analysis is showing properly.

I did email customer care to inquire about the issue and received an auto-response: "This serves as notification that, starting early 2024, the designated email address will no longer be actively monitored." so it seems the only way to inquire about this is chatting with them live.

Heather McLarnon: Can you let the certification team know about this issue please. Thanks!
