New Dashboard on PMI.Org - Unable to find My Certificates

Hello,

Has anyone noticed that PMI has changed the My Account Dashboard (look and feel)? The account details are now put into separate navigation links / sections. But I am unable to find where I can view my attained certificates? There is a "Certifications" section but I don't see my certificates there. It only shows a common link to explore the available certifications.

Does anyone know how to get to that?

Regards, Mohit

Rami Kaibni - Thank you for escalating to Heather McLarnon here; your feedback about how to improve external communications about policy/process changes is super helpful and I especially appreciate the specifics about your experience, which helps me be able to communicate more effectively as we work to improve across internal departments, like certifications and customer care.
Laura Coscarelli: thanks for your feedback. I am not talking about the communication specific to this community, but more organization wide. Our question is: Why did the certification team not circulate an email in advance giving certification holders heads up for this significant change? Me, and many others, are very interested to know the reason behind this surprise decision and would appreciate it if we can get some clarity on this. Thanks!

Rami Kaibni - Our team was able to take your question to our Certifications team to learn more.

To share some background: the Exam Vendor retention policy is only 5 years, and the decision was made 5 years ago, which means the impact of the change is now surfacing within the system. At this time there are no plans to change the retention policy (5 years).

The Certification team is taking your feedback about the pop-up message and overall communications approach back to their communications and product team, so thank you for voicing how communications can be improved in the future as policy and process changes are made to the certification experience.

Thanks Laura Coscarelli - I appreciate your follow up on this. It's very strange that the Certification team knew about this 5 years retention period since 5 years and never thought to alert credential holders but on the bright side, I truly hope they can take this feedback as lessons learned and improve future communications as you mentioned!
