I believe Social Awareness and Emotional Intelligence are as equally important in this case.

So do I, Social Awareness is part of Emotional Intelligence. Some of my colleagues believe that the right answer is communication. But communication would be the most critical skill according to PMP not ACP.

Communication is critical but it’s not the most critical in this situation.
