Now, I’m in progress of PgMP panel review.
Almost 2 weeks passed, I have not received any reply yet.
Exam handbook indicates that it takes up to 60days, however, some applicant’s web bogs sais that they were got the reply within 2 weeks.

How long does it take time generally, recent years?
Thanks,

It can take up to 4 weeks time, give or take. Some might receive it earlier, others might receive it later, it all depends on the reviewers and their time allocated for those reviews but the norm is 4 weeks time.

Masaki,

in my case it took 3 weeks.
What happens is that your application is sent to some peers for evaluation. Depending on their time and understanding of your application wording, it might be quick and easy for them. Or not.

I recommend to have the application reviewed by someone who has done it before successfully. It is also more important to describe your application in a language that is easily understood and appreciated by the peers (they can be from anywhere in the world), than to describe accurately the content and complexity of your work, as you would do for a local client. The language and terminology from the PgMP ECO has such quality.

Always focus on stakeholders and how they decode your message if you want to understood.

I was also rejected my first submitting at application review conducted by PMI.
The reason explained in reply e-mail is that I described strategic goals at “organizational level”, not program level.

I had to describe the goals at program level.
And other definitions were also ambiguity for me, such as vision, goal, objective, value, benefit, outcome, output and so on.

I thought that it is important to clear the goals at “program level” and the definition of related terms.

Hi Masaki, If rejected, do you have to submit payment again or do you have a chance to further elaborate on your summaries?

It has passed 6 weeks now.
I think it will take 60days as a result of COVID-19.
